The small group workshop, exclusively for high school juniors & seniors, is the same comprehensive and proven proprietary coaching process with professional career and life coach, Christy Shell. The student experience is enhanced not only by understanding themselves but also by gaining support from fellow students and their exploration. Each student comes away with a personalized career action plan, including their career direction, the education plan to get there, and proactive strategies to overcome the unique obstacles to their chosen success.

We find that job shadowing, meet-a-professional, and/or college visits are extremely helpful in selecting the best direction. For many students, it is difficult to visualize what a career or specific major/campus really is without seeing it in person. You would not buy a car without a test drive, why would you select your career without experiencing it!
 
We coordinate these experiences specific to the student’s interest and needs. Students have the option of their coach accompanying them on their experience to guide the process.
