I started my career as a Camp Director and spent 7 years helping children and young adults grow their confidence and leadership skills. Then, in 1998, I transitioned into corporate consulting. I began seeing many adults who were unhappy with their career and life…feeling like they never found something that gave them purpose. I realized I had a passion for helping others step into a career they love and had experience helping children, teenagers and adults find confidence in themselves and their career paths.
In 2011, I began specializing in Career and Life Coaching to empower people to create a life they love.
Over the years, I have coached people with hundreds of different majors and positions and in various industries, which has equipped me with insight into what those career paths actually look like and why different personalities enjoy different careers.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (mbti) is the business standard for scientific-based personality assessments. Our coaches use this to help the student understand how they think and work and connect that insight to careers that fit their core personality.
By utilizing the mbti assessment, along with our Strong insight, we provide a comprehensive list of career opportunities customized to the student.
